Round 1 - A phone call with one of the recruiters. Questions were a lot more focused on my renewals experience than I expected them to be (i.e., tell us about your renewals approach, how do you kick off the renewal process, how have you managed difficult renewals and mitigated churn risks, etc.) Round 2 - Virtual call with another recruiter. This was more of a conversation than an interview. Round 3- Interview with the hiring manager/Renewals leader. Primarily questions about your experience and behavioral type questions. (My advice - don't do this interview late in the day. I foolishly selected a late day time slot based on their availabilities, and my interviewer seemed very tired, distracted, and unengaged. He was staring off to the side a lot and wasn't listening so actively...asked me to repeat myself multiples throughout the entire interview). Didn't make it to round 4 (which would have been a panel interview where I would've had to prepare a 30-60-90 plan for settling into the role). After they told me I wouldn't be advancing to the next round, I asked for feedback. They never responded.
