First you meet with the Marketing Director, Jill Bender who serves as the Hiring Manager. After having a conversation with Jill to determine how you would fit, you then go on to meet with the VP of Sales, Dave Detweiler for further vetting. After meeting with them I met with members of the sales team who I would be working with and was given the job. I thought this was a great way to go about the process as I got to meet everyone from the top down who I would be directly working with and for. It made my first day feel more like I was reconnecting with people rather than starting a brand new position.
