It started as a phone interview then progressed to a one on one interview with the regional manager. The final step was a panel interview with 4 company employee from different disciplines....HR, Sales, Operations, & Trainer.

I had an initial phone screen interview with a bunch of questions and a feeling out stage to see if both parties were interested in moving along in the process. This followed by a face to face interview.

Great process with creating a business plan and presenting to hiring committee. Was a great experience and I truly enjoyed presenting my material to the group. The committee had great feed back for me about my presentation

Phone based interview with the Site Director and one other member of leadership. A red flag occurred when the Site Director was asked what was her primary Leadership Style. Her reply was 'I like to think it's fun". I followed up and she was able articulate that her opportunities were made up by her direct reports. But at the answer to the initial question I realized she either wasn't at the same level as I was, or she wasn't taking the interview seriously.
