After submitting my application, I had the initial meeting just a couple of days later. During this meeting, we discussed various aspects such as my goals, salary expectations, and other standard topics. Following that, about a week later, I underwent a language assessment to evaluate my English proficiency, since I was applying from Mexico and all communications within the company are conducted in English. Approximately a week after the language assessment, I had a technical interview that lasted for two hours. The main focus of this interview was to assess my coding skills and technical abilities.

I've applied directly to the Company, was contacted after 2 weeks, which took, as I heard, a little bit longer than usual. Firstly I was invited to Skype soft-skills interview. Not much to talk about, very(VERY) basic abcd programming test, then two questions in english- for speaking proficiency. I was contacted week after and invited to visit them for coding interview and soft-skills talk. All together it took about 3 weeks.
