The initial interview was OK, the usual questions and discussion, it was a laid back approach with no video call just on the phone. During the initial interview there hiring manager was supposed to send documentation for me to create a "project management" brief, this was not sent until 2 and half weeks later after I had chased them, in which they replied they were still very much interested in me. There was a lot of grilling about my current company (a direct rival) rather than me as an applicant. I took a role elsewhere in that 2 and half week delay.

Le processus de recrutement était décevant et pas du tout clair. Je me suis déplacée à mes frais et je n'ai jamais été remboursé pourtant ils étaient demandeurs de ce déplacement en réel. La proposition qui m'a été faite était décevante, pourtant une fourchette au préalable avait été convenue. Je ne recommande pas cette entreprise qui ne valorise pas les candidats.
un processus de recrutement en 3 étapes : un premier entretien RH. Le deuxième avec le manager et le troisième avec un collègue du même niveau. Le processus a duré 4 semaines et à la fin j'ai eu une proposition que j'ai accepté.

The first interview was with the Operations Manager, this was a very enjoyable interview we discussed everything very clearly and it seemed that my skill set and experience was aligned to the role. I was taken to second stage with the Head of Delivery. I was asked to carry out a task/presentation which was a trick question creating a project plan that did not align to the budget. I spent some time creating the presentation. I was not taken to third stage as they said the client base I had worked with was not high profile enough. The clients I have worked with are listed on my CV and were discussed at first stage. It would have been good to eliminate this before taking me to second stage and asking me to do a presentation. I do not believe this was the fault of the Operation Manager or Head of Delivery I think it is the people above them. The job has since been advertised again a number of times as I keep getting recruiters contacting me about it.
