      Entrevista

      I recently went through a three-stage interview process with this company, and I have mixed feelings about the overall experience. The first stage was quite pleasant, where the interviewer focused on getting to know me and explaining the role in detail. I genuinely enjoyed the discussion, and their insights into the position were helpful. The second stage, which was predominantly technical, centered around QA test roles. I felt confident in my ability to answer the questions with relevant examples. The process seemed smooth, and I believed I had performed well. The third interview, with the team manager, aimed to delve into my background. However, I found it to be less in-depth than expected. While the first two stages were comprehensive, the final interview felt somewhat rushed and lacked the depth I anticipated. Unfortunately, I received a rejection, citing a lack of technical background. This surprised me, as I strongly believe that technical skills can be acquired and honed over time. It's disheartening to be judged solely on existing technical knowledge, especially when I demonstrated a willingness and ability to learn. One notable downside was the duration of the entire interview process, which extended over a month. This delay was primarily attributed to the manager's absence. While I understand that scheduling conflicts happen, it did contribute to a sense of frustration and uncertainty. In conclusion, the interview experience had its positive aspects, particularly in the initial stages. However, the final decision and the prolonged timeline left me with mixed feelings about the company's hiring process.
