One notable downside was the duration of the entire interview process, which extended over a month. This delay was primarily attributed to the manager's absence. While I understand that scheduling conflicts happen, it did contribute to a sense of frustration and uncertainty. In conclusion, the interview experience had its positive aspects, particularly in the initial stages. However, the final decision and the prolonged timeline left me with mixed feelings about the company's hiring process.
