Was called by the West Regional manager who found my resume online. Was very understanding when told that some things were out of date such as salary. Performed a short phone interview with no real substantial questions. Mostly explaining the work and if I thought it would be a worthwhile position. I had a 1:1 with the Technical Lead who became my supervisor. No real questions to test my knowledge took much of it on face value. Gave a tour of facility afterwards. Was offered the position about a week later.
