The interview process was challenging yet efficient, with results typically communicated within a week. Initially, I received a rejection, but shortly after, Bertelsmann contacted me about another position. I expressed my interest, and soon after, I was offered the role. I'm now in the process of signing the offer and preparing for the onboarding phase.
first online Assessment then interview 3 rounds 2-technical and 1 hr process goes one on one and make sure that you are strong with all the required basics and solid with the skills mentioned in your resueme

It was hard, asked mostly system design questions. The interviewer was friendly, helps you if you were stuck in any place. I was specialized in AI, but they wanted a backend dev, so it didn't work out.
