The technical side of the interview will test you on the technical knowledge you mentioned in your resume/cover letter. The emphasis is on clear / direct explanations of technical information as it is a product support role.
The HR side of the interview basically tested your interpersonal skills. Questions such as: Why you chose this job? Why SAP? Where do you see yourself in 5 years. Tell me about a time you had to resolve a problem? Tell me about your most rewarding project. More questions about your resume.
Product support question: Say a customer calls you about a problem in your software, how do you handle it? What information should you get from the customer.. etc.

Entrevista
I applied in May 2019. Two rounds of interview. One is phone interview involving behavioural and technical questions. Another in person panel interview (4v1) was given within 48 hours after the phone interview, involving many technical questions related to database, oop, cmds, networking, trouble-shooting and some fair behavioural questions.

Entrevista
The first round is 30 mins phone interview with one of the product support manager. The interview was easy and last about 20 mins. The second round is a panel interview with one product support manager, two product support engineer, and one newly hired person in product support role. The interview was much more intense. The questions mainly focus on your resume's projects. A lot of behavior questions which you can actually know by searching on Glassdoor or other websites before the interview. And the technical questions are mainly about SQL, Linux, GIT, and Client-Production Database management.

When a client complains there is some problem with their client database, what will you do to resolve the problem? (assume there is a production database as well)
They phone screened first. Checked general proficiencies in various topics such as networking, relational database, general object oriented programming quesitons, linux commands. They checked those proficiencies to see which team you were best suited for. Then interviewed in person based on that team.
