CV screening and 1st round by Adecco, Final round workshop interpretation & use case translation right on spot in real workshops. The process was pretty fast since SAP was eager in finding as many qualified interpreters and translators as possible then. Besides professional ability of interpretation & translation, good personality could be the reason why I could get selected.
