The interview process was quick and easy. Three interviews with senior management. To the point and decision was quick. Straightforward unlike many other companies I have encountered. I heard this was not the norm but in my case the process was simple and quick. Perhaps the need was urgent.

I cannot relate to any question that was most difficult or unexpected. The questions were pretty standard and management style.
Initially with senior leadership then with peers over several weeks. Mostly done remotely in 1 hr time slots. Half were management oriented and half were technical in nature. More conceptual than coding
The interview process was thorough. It was pretty standard in its trajectory, but faster than normal. It started with an interview with an executive recruiter, who was very responsive, and moved to the hiring manager and then several executives and team members. All asked good questions that were clearly coordinated. I did not get the same question multiple times, which was refreshing.

The interview process was well organized. Questions were as expected i.e., why this company, what is your experience, why do you feel you would be a good fit here, what is one challenge you overcame and how did you do it.
