The designer is really nice and patient, we went through very smoothly. The phone screen took about 30 mins. I got the onsite interview after 2 days. The onsite interview took 2 hours, including the presentation and app critique. I would say, try your best to prepare the app critique, and make your presentation as interesting as possible.

Very professional and helpful. asked questions and gave me plenty of time to ask mine. interviews were short but on point and they followed up on them quickly to let me know if I passed this interview or not. Technical task was not too time consuming.
