In my case, it was not too hard and not too easy interview. Only 2 steps interview, 1st with the HR and second time with the direct manager. After 3 days I had the interview, i got an email that they hired me.

Entrevista
it was average interview, the managers will ask you about your background, your education, experience, what subjects did you learn during in college. Firstly you will have phone-screen and if you pass the interview you will go to the next step which was the interview in person with the manager. Afterall you need to wait 7-14 working day to know the result if they will hire you or no.
