Very smooth process and well explained. Transparent questions throughout the process in total 3 interviews not including multiple calls with the recruitment team. Compared to other companies it was handle very professional
HR Phone Screen → Four Rounds of Interviews, 45min each → Team Match, multiple coffee chats with team leads (it’s mostly luck at this stage, some will get an offer right away or wait months like me)
Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Leute, alles richtig bewertet und völlig angemessen, alles schnell und unkompliziert, nichts überflüssiges, "direct to the point" Verhalten - alles sehr gut gelaufen, Arbeitgeber total zu empfehlen
