I applied through employee referral. It took about one week before the first call from a recruiter. And I was scheduled for an in-person interview. I was suppose to meet with two of their engineers from my team, but since it was a very busy time for them, I ended up meeting with my direct Manager. She was really cool and after the interview, I was even more happier and looking forward to start working with her.

Entrevista em duas etapas. Uma com o RH e outro com os gestores. Clima agradável e amistoso. Empresa possui ótimos valores. Realizada em modelo virtual. Clima organizacional leve e percebi que buscam conexão entre candidato e não apenas o fit para a posição mas também levam em conta o quão diverso o mesmo está alinhado com a D&I da empresa.
