Applied Online; Recruiter called after 2 weeks and scheduled HR screening call. 2nd "technical" screening call was scheduled the next week with a team member. In person panel interviews were scheduled the week right after. Offer was made same day as the in person interview. Very pleased with the overall turnaround time in each of the stages (except how it took 2 weeks for them to reach out after resume submission, but I think it's b/c the recruiter had just started working then).
Recruiter call - very casual, discussed salary expectations, made sure you do have the background/experience for the role, chatted about random things to assess a culture/personality fit
Technical Screening - not very technical, really just of a more detailed discussion of the projects you've worked on, and if you've got the relevant skill sets. Once again, chatted about random things to assess culture/personality fit
In person panel - two meetings of 2 on 1, 1 hour each. All 4 people I met with were very nice and offered a free flow of conversation. Time went by fast. Lots of discussion about past work experiences but yes, they will ask very outright personality fit questions.
