Found position online and contacted SAP recruiter. Did well on two rounds of phone interviews (1 with HR and 1 with Hiring manager) and was moved forward to executive interview round. Difficult to schedule 5 executives and almost 8 weeks passed with multiple reschedules till final interview day. Final interview was a panel with 5 Sr executives and HR manager on phone. Session was 45 minutes long and though I'm comfortable interviewing with a panel, it was challenging. Many different personalities and styles to interact with. All were very professional and nice overall. SAP's process is very formal and professional. All male interviewers and I really believe they wanted another man in the role. They did not leave me much time for my questions. Only had few minutes (literally) at very end before session was concluded. This was frustrating.
