I applied for a position and received a call within a week. The recruiter was very nice and scheduled me for an in-person interview. I was supposed to meet with two people, but one of the higher ups were scheduled for another interview at the same time. As a result, I had to come back again the following week.
The interview process was fairly easy, with typical questions. However, I noticed that the highest up seemed disinterested, as they spent most of the interview staring at their computer screen. Overall, the interview process was a bit unorganized, and it was disappointing to receive an automated rejection email after having such great communication initially.

Received a call for prescreening interview then met the hiring manager in person who and we did the tour of the facility After that asked few questions especially regarding the relocation He told me that the recruiter will get back to me with the feedback After that there was a silence and this is Very bad experience with unprofessional recruiters ghosting candidate after the interview. Until I took the initiative of emailing the recruiter and he tells me that he doesn't have an answer for me I should call the manager and I did The manager in return tells me to call the recruiter They started playing with me until I gave up
