Very easy and very available. Simple and straightforward. Was very easy to feel comfortable and relaxed and able to open up more. Lots of talk about the job entails and how You can contribute to the company.

I applied for a position and received a call within a week. The recruiter was very nice and scheduled me for an in-person interview. I was supposed to meet with two people, but one of the higher ups were scheduled for another interview at the same time. As a result, I had to come back again the following week. The interview process was fairly easy, with typical questions. However, I noticed that the highest up seemed disinterested, as they spent most of the interview staring at their computer screen. Overall, the interview process was a bit unorganized, and it was disappointing to receive an automated rejection email after having such great communication initially.
