Took longer than I thought, total about 1 hour. For the first part, the interviewer followed a printed list of questions, asking them one by one while noting down my responses. He was quite open throughout, taking the time to clarify key details such as working hours, the commission-based salary, and the work environment/culture etc, ensuring I was comfortable with each aspect. After this, I was required to complete a printed questionnaire. In the final part, a different person summarized the key points from the previous interview, confirmed my understanding of the company's policies, and asked a few additional, simpler questions. Both of the people I interacted with were very friendly.
