The entire process from start to finish took exactly a month.
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn regarding the role, and about a week later we had a screening call. She was, by far, the nicest and most helpful recruiter I've ever spoken with in my entire career. She was just so genuine and gave me such a great impression of Roku!
After our call I was put in touch with the hiring manager a week later, who wanted to learn more about my background. After that I had a 2 hour interview with 4 members of the team, 30 minutes per person, who really dove in there and asked super strategic/technical questions.
After I passed that round, the recruiter told me I'd have to complete an assignment for the hiring manager and present it to him the following week. The assignment consisted of some raw data which I had to analyze/present as if I were presenting to a client.
Once I passed the assignment round, the recruiter circled back and asked me to pass along my references and I received an offer a few days later.
The entire process was extremely structured, organized, and everyone kept me in the loop every step of the way. It's definitely an intense interview process with extensive screening but it shows that Roku is very selective of who they hire, which I completely respect!

First few round of the interview process are with a few team members in different departments. One of the last rounds is a deck that needs to be presented which can get tricky so make sure you understand the information they provide to build out the deck as they will be asking specific questions

Hiring manager than a panel of 4 cross functional team members then a final round with the director . There is nothing more to say , each interview lasted 30 minutes then they came back with an offer 5 days later
