Great recruiting process! I really appreciated the transparency and friendliness of the recruiter. If you got to work with Rudy, you are in good hands. He was very prompt and quick to arrange interviews around my schedule and was always available if any questions arose. There were in total three interviews: an initial phone screen with the recruiter, phone interview with the hiring manager and an in-person interview with a group of 5-6 people. The onsite interview was very well organized and the team was very welcoming. After coding questions, every interviewer spent a good amount of time to answer all of my questions about the culture and the position, which helped me to get a better sense of how things work there.

Hackerrank followed by phone screen and 4 rounds of onsite. They dont have good interview process, I was told by recruiter that the team is interested and want to move forward and asked about compensation. I gave the comp details and recruiter came back and said that they want to interview more candidates before making call. Thats not fair. I wouldnt waste time interviewing here. Netflix is much better option than this and they are located in same building in Los Gatos CA.
