Entrevista
The interview process is redundant, no in depth questions, interviewers are always on a hurry and you notice that they are not interest in the position. If by any means they already have a candidate for the position, they should say it clear and don’t waste your time.
Knowledge of the interviewer about the job and job description is lame, a lot of questions are very basic and doesn’t really measure your level.
Roche needs to step up on their hiring process if they want to be a great place to work.
Also the follow up process is awful, nobody contact you, if you contact your recruiter you won’t get an answer back. And after each interview, it might take up to 2 weeks or more to receive an email back.
Roche should definitely consider outsourcing it’s talent acquisition team, it may be more engaging to have a third party doing the sourcing and recruiting than a internal team with a very questionable customer service.

Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Roche (Ciudad de México) en abr 2014

The process started with a phone screen and thereafter several interviews (too many visits to make a decision) My perception is that criteria / scope of the role was not well aligned among interviewers because of the flow of every interview.
