It seems each hiring manager goes out & does their hiring independently, so my guess is each manager is different & each interview is different. I started with an allotted one hour interview with the hiring manager, but he didn't seem to come to the interview with any questions. We chatted for a short while about my resume, and then I asked him some questions, and we broke early. They then gave me a take-home test which took several hours. I sent it back, they said they were happy with it and asked to schedule a more rigorous technical interview. Then they went radio silence for a few days & rescinded the offer, saying the spot was filled.

Took an OA. Pretty difficult leetcode style questions and some games (Roblox games and psychology based games to determine personality traits). I did not get through the initial online assessment.
One standard hr phone call then one 60 min phone screen. Nothing out of the ordinary. Phone screen was done on codesignal where you could see code compile and run
Interview consisted of two leetcode style questions and two "games" that tested problem solving and optimization. Coding questions were of medium/hard difficulty. The games were difficult as the instructions given were terrible and unintuitive.
