There was 3 rounds to the process. First round, interview online with one lead member. Quite a short conversation.
Second round, in the office and meet with multiple heads of departments for interviews one by one. They then pass or fail you. I went to the final round with one manager but failed the final round.

What are your billings across the past 3 years and what did you feel you could have done to increase these?
Interviewed a few years ago, it was a long interview process I think I met 6-7 people?
On one of the last interview, they did a cold-calling test which was interesting.
4/5 times interview with different managers, role play and meet directors. Wants to see your communication style and approach. Will ask trick questions to test commitment and also if you can work under pressure.
