      Sehr angenehme, professionelle Atmosphäre. Es wurde der bisherige Werdegang angesprochen. Allgemein ging es aber eher um Softskills. Man fühlte sich wohl und konnte sich ganz authentisch präsentieren. Zur Sprache kam auch wie man denn den Besuch im Rituals Store empfindet.

      My video interview was pretty standard and what you would expect such a lot talk through your CV etc my first face to face was nothing unusual as the store manager. It wascompetency based questions such as 'can you give me an example of' and questions around kpis & team management/ managing under performance etc I had been asked to complete a 30/60/90 after my initial video call and bring it with me. the area manager briefly spoke to me about the mystery shop I did and asked me what my findings were during the interview. The interview lasted about one hour. One thing I did notice was that I was not offered a drink not even a glass of water whenever I've conducted interviews in the past I have always offered the candidate a drink of water. but I didn't hold it against them, however I do think it's a nice touch. I didn't hear back for weeks and weeks and assumed it was because it had been Christmas and newyear. It wasn't until I applied for another role with them that the recruitment manager Lauren message me back the apologise for not being in touch and I asked for feedback from my last interview' I was told that I wasn't the right fit for that store as I've used to managing bigger businesses. (On Hindsight I think that if I hadn't applied for another role with them I never would have heard back) They set up an interview with another area manager from a different region for a different store and I had to attend another face to face interview. To get to the interview I had to meet at different store in the area managers area which was a different store to the one that I was applying for.(it cost me over 50 pounds to get to as it was during peak time) Again I attended. Was taken out the back, not offered a drink, I spent another hour discussing very similar things to the first meeting. However when I asked questions about the store target etc I was cut down and told it was confidential. I Wasn't expecting exact numbers just a ballpark so I could access how busy it was etc! however every interview I've ever gone to as a manager I always am asked how big my current/previous store was and how much turnover we took so her response was unexpected.?? When I asked when I would hear back, I was told that I would hear back within the week from Lauren. I've still not heard anything back despite sending a chaser email. I think this is really poor show. I understand that they must get a lot of applicants however if somebody has taken the time to meet in person I think the very least they deserve is some sort of feedback. I Have thick skin and it's okay not to get the job what I don't appreciate is the lack of consideration and courtesy to let me know, it doesn't make me feel valued and I think that people should be treated in a respectful way. It's been 4 weeks since my last interview and almost three months since I started my journey with rituals and to have had no contact has left a real sour taste in my mouth. I was Initially trying to give them the benefit of the doubt which is why I left it this long to write this review. However I haven't been afforded any respect. I'm a big rituals fan as a customer for years. I buy alot of things from them. I really bought into there modern wellbeing marketing. However there actions and behaviours do not align with the values and image they are trying to portray. Receiving a NO is completely reasonable. however ghosting somebody and not showing respect to somebody that has given you their time. Is completely unacceptable - shame on you!!

      Ich wurde zu einem digitalen Vorstellungsgespräch eingeladen und war pünktlich im Teams-Meeting eingewählt. Leider erschien niemand. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen per E-Mail, Telefon und Teams habe ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Wenig später war die Stelle nicht mehr ausgeschrieben. Sehr unprofessioneller Umgang mit Bewerbern.

      contattato telefonico per fissare direttamente colloquio in presenza. nessuna domanda su motivazione o aspettative retributive, che effettivamente non potevano matchare dato il livello basso degli stipendi nel retail. se avessero fatto almeno una domanda in tal senso durante la ciacchierata, avremmo evitato di perdere due ore, tutti.
