Overall, it was a good interview process. Great for people who are very detailed or like being in the weeds of product execution. Didn't work out but I enjoyed getting to know people through the process.
45 min to 1 hour long recruiter screening calls (recorded) for two different roles, only to be rejected later. Easy behavioral questions. My sense is that they are recording video for voice/video training models.
Why 45min-1hr call, if most recruiter calls are 30 min? No time left for ask me any questions about rippling, role or salary expectations.

simple behavioral questions - tell me about your experience
Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Rippling en may 2025
Entrevista
1st round recruiter interview normal. 2nd round interview had aggressive, hardball questions meant to undermine your self-esteem. “Tell me a negative feedback your bosses have said about you.” “Why did you leave that last company?” Basically the corporate equivalent of “negging” or pick-up-artist tactics. They were clear that their culture was extremely aggressive and basically just like Uber — during the extremely toxic Travis Kalanick era. The rest of the process is standard among PM interviews with a loop and takehome exercise. They offered a high salary, but not enough to overcome toxic coworkers and an aggressive RTO.

What are you looking for in a new role? What is a consistent negative feedback that you’ve received at work? Our culture is extremely direct, extremely demanding, extremely fast paced — how does that make you feel?
