A recruiter contacted me on a Weekend, which is fine for me personally. However I think this is a good way to show that work/life balance can be tough for some people at Riot. Which many have already commented on. Overall I had 2 reciter calls, 1 manager call, and 1 technical interview. What really annoyed me is after the interview they waited a full 3 weeks before giving any feedback after my last interview. Even though I had told them I had another company bringing me onsite and eventually gave me an offer. I get the impression that riot engineers have the apple/google stigma. Thinking that they're the best engineers in the world and because of that, they get to treat everyone else poorly. I'd give warning to anyone interviewing at riot to be completely aware of the silicon snob effect is alive and well in Riot.

Slow and tedious. You have to wait 2-4weeks for each stages of interview that only takes 1hour. And I'm not sure if there's like 4-6 stages total or something. So you are in this dragged out nerve wrecking anticipation the entire time. And each time u have to somehow get the time off to do this interview. It seems to be a great company but they don't respect the interviewee's time.
