It is a phone interview. Mostly to get to know me and what is the company about. I only get to talk to the hr. She doesn't know much about the hiring postion. The purpose of the phonecall was to background check me and answer any questions I have about the company. She couldn't answer much of my questions on the job scope that I am applying for as she herself is only coming to a year working in the company. Didn't get to go for an actual interview with them and got rejected. Although they are the one approaching me first.
