It was a great process. I had an initial interview on the phone that went well. They wanted to get a good feel for me and my abilities. I interviewed with several individuals who I would be directly working with. I was able to get a good feel for the team and what I am getting myself involved in. I got to interview with different levels of management on down to the developers on the team.

It was done in Chinese and English, the interviewer was pretty friendly, and it lasted for less than 1 hour. And the interview outcome comes back quickly within a few days.

What's your perception of this role?
The interview process has been very efficient and streamlined, the interviewers were in general very nice too. They value a lot the communication skills and English level. And the office location has a great view.

What is your understanding the product manager role?
Approached by HR and had a talk over phone call to know about the company and the product. Then several rounds interviews including written homework and online interviews. Overall it was a very good experience.
