There were 5 rounds. It took 4 weeks to complete the process. The first round is the HR round. The HR screening is all about why you want to switch. He confirms about work location and expected salary. The second round is with the existing MAS. There were 2-3 Senior Marketing automation specialist. They ask questions related to the job profile and past experience. The third round is with the Marketo Architect. They ask some advanced questions related to Marketo and on the base of your experience. The fourth round is with the Manager- they asked some logical questions, team management questions, and working experience. The fifth round is with the director- they asked regarding the profile and asked a few technical questions. Each round is of 30 minutes. Then if you get selected HR will share the offer letter. :)
