The process was long, bloated: too many rounds of interviews and people involved who didn't seem to care or be engaged. The hiring manager was quite rude and impatient at times too. Everything was vague and half of these interviews were quite frankly pointless. No one ever bothered to sell the opportunity either. Massive red flags!

Can't remember specifically. The interviewers were generally not experienced enough (or bothered?) to ask questions to drive meaningful conversations and extract interesting insights. The HR team should actually provide questions or a framework for interviews but there was no HR team in place... Say no more!
