A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and I decided to have a chat to find out more about the role. Pretty standard process with phone screening followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Then I had to talk to 6 more people in total, all via phone or video. The recruiter made it sound like she would get back to me quickly but I heard nothing back for 2 weeks. I followed up and in the middle of the night I receive an automated rejection email sent from Workday - seemed a bit impersonal considering I had invested quite a bit of time going through all the rounds. The overall process wasn’t bad but it would have been nice to have heard back about results sooner and before I had to follow up.
