The initial contact with Ricoh happened right after applying but it then took almost a month to get an interview. I completed an online survey first, then a brief general phone interview. Once that was completed I was contacted by the local account manager for a face to face interview.

We discussed my past experience with print production and then I was shown the kind of print work and services they provide. The interview process was fairly casual and laid back.
