30 minute standard phone screen with recruiter. Did not move forward as the compensation did not match my needs but…was quick to interview. Recruiter was on time and polite. Said she’d follow up the next day and followed through on the promise. Very transparent on timeline and hiring process from the start. While it wasn’t a good fit for me, was impressed with the candidate process
