First contact via phone set up an interview. Spoke with two hiring managers. Discussed the job, benefits and expectations. Long term goals, What I expected from the company. Where there any questions. I felt comfortable and at ease during the whole process. Felt like this company would be a great fit for what I was looking for. The first interview was with the human resourse representative. She basically went over my resume history and education. She then asked a few question that would allow her to figure out if I would be a good fit with in the company. Are you a team player, are you organized, etc. The second interview was a panel interview and they used the STAR format
