Phone interview then in person interview. They court you up front and then throw you to the wolves afterwards. I think it really depends upon your department though. I would say you should prepare pretty well.

Awesome process. Very professionally organized and communication was open and on point. Timely responses from entire HR team regardless of the questions I had. I went through at recruiting firm, but enjoyed the entire process.
