I applied online. Received a call from human resources about 2 weeks later. We spoke a little about my experience based on my resume. She then asked when am I avaible for a face to face interview. I came in on a Tuesday and met with the human resources lady and another woman was interviewed at the same time as me for a different position. She did explain that they interview in groups of 2 or 3. After that interview I then met to interview with the call center team leaders. Everything went well.
