Applied online, got an email to take a test. A few days later, I got a phone call from HR to schedule a phone interview, which took place a day later. During phone interview, a 2nd interview was made for the branch I would be working at. It was with the Assistant and Branch Managers. After the 2nd interview, I got a phone call with the job offer.
Long interview. You feel like you did good and they never call back. I interviewed with multiple people and they asked a lot about job experience. Yet, no call back.

It was a straight forward and simple process. There were two interviews. Both of these were good experiences overall. The process took around 2-3 weeks before getting an official offer.
