Applied online and completed an assessment, which consisted of scenarios that ask you to determine the most appropriate response and an easy math portion. I then had a phone interview with HR recruiter followed by a face-to-face interview scheduled with branch manager. Interviews really were very easy and straightforward. Customer service, sales experience, and common sense are key.

Long interview. You feel like you did good and they never call back. I interviewed with multiple people and they asked a lot about job experience. Yet, no call back.

It was a straight forward and simple process. There were two interviews. Both of these were good experiences overall. The process took around 2-3 weeks before getting an official offer.
