As you would expect from a company the size of Regions, everything was very professional. After applying, I was contacted by an HR person. We had a phone call where she was able to gauge how good a fit I would be for the job before sending my application up the ranks. She was very friendly and helpful. Then, I had a virtual interview with the hiring manager and it went really well. If I had been selected to move forward, I think there would have been one more interview. However, I received an automated email letting me know I was not selected.
