Kinda misleading but respectfully good. I applied online and about 1 week later I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen. She was extremely nice and very pleasant to talk to. She fowarded my application to the manager who emailed me for a face to face. I think my interview went very well. I was interview by three women. They asked a lot of basic behavioral questions and call cebter custoner service questions. Go for the STAR technique when answering and be as detailed as possible. At the end of the interview I was told I would hear something back in 3 weeks. I honestly think that it went very well but Its been about a month now and haven't heard anything so Ive pretty much counted this out. Good luck to anyone else who applied.
