Entrevista
The interview started with a brief talk on Redjack's current operations as well as my experience. This was followed by the main the "technical" portion. They gave a broad idea for a software product and asked me to run with it. From there we talked about the process of making this software and how I would go about researching, designing, implementing, etc.

Awkward but friendly and somewhat technical. Good mix of experience with company goals and team environment. Somewhat surprised there wasn't more technical inquiry. Met with some members of team.
