I interviewed online and it was a horrible experience. I cleared the first round and then they scheduled a interview for the second round, which without any prior information they canceled. After I followed up for few times got to know that they hired someone internally. Okay understandable, but at least I should have been informed before cancelling my 2nd round. After 10-15 days I got a call again saying that they wanted to take the second round, I said okay, and they said they would send the invite and after 10 minutes I received a rejection email. I mean have you heard about professionalism!! So you can imagine how this company works.
