Recently finished interview for system administrator position.The person who did interview pavan Challa doesn’t not have any proper skills to drive the interview and manager is blindly following him without any validation . This is really big fault to Rackspace technology

phone technical screen for 20 minutes before moving onto a scheduled 3 hours skype interview. Skype interview consisted of 3 groups of 2 people for 1 hour each. One group of coworkers, one group of managers, and one group for team fit/personality questions.
