Initial screening interview with recruiter. It was straightforward. The second interview with the Director was 30min long however not pleasant at all. I did not know how to answer a technical question and he was then quite blunt about my capabilities. Personally that is not the way I would have done it as there is no need to put a candidate down if they already know that they didn't answer the question and that the job isn't for them.
