Contacted via a recruiting agency, scheduled an interview a few days later. Supposed to be a 3 person panel, instead just one interviewer for a technical interview. He asked questions he did not even know the answers to because he was not technical. Seems as thought they had already chosen someone for the position but gave me a quick interview because it was scheduled.

3 stage interview. 1st stage is a technical interview with one of your future colleagues. The covers a variety of topics and technologies which are required for the role. 2nd stage is a technical interview with 2 of your future colleagues who would be more senior. This covers a lot of the same topics. 3rd stage is a 30-minute chat with a member of HR and the Manager from your future department.
