FIrstly there was a phone interview done by the tech recruiter which went good and then I was invited for a face 2 face interview scheduled for 2 hours which started with a technical test with 2 specialist guys..and according to me was good and the guys were good in helping and probing all the way..after 1 hour the test was over..I was told there would be a management interview with couple of the team managers..and I was all ready for the same..when the managers arrived..they courtiously introduced themselves and then within 5 minutes i was told that this interview would not proceed cause my tech interview was not good and up to their expectation and they would cut short my interview process much to my dismay..I was bit taken off with this rejection as I thought my tech interview didn't go that bad and probably they weren't interested in me anymore for some unknown reason.
