Conducted phone interview first with a great overview of the industry, company and role. Once initial assessment on fit is made in person interviews at the company's HQ in San Antonio were made. Great coordination and communication through the logistics. In person interviews are very thorough with lots of "Rackers" and challenging skill based and behavioral questions. Once hired the on boarding process is truly world class.

Not complicated, expectations were set, meetings were set, timing was sufficient, to the point. From the recruiter to the final offer, entire experience was very positive. I would recommend the final process of the offer letter have better expectations on timing is all.

Terrible, first interview went well, second went well, waited ages to hear, invited for 3rd and then no one could be bothered to let me know the feedback. A lot of time and effort goes into interviews. Including preparing presentations. To be completely ghosted after is totally unprofessional
