Standard interview processes. If you make it past HR's initial screening then you will interview with the Hiring Manager, followed by an additional interview with department head. Internal applicants have a better chance before the job is posted publicly.

Due to Covid, both interviews were held over the phone. Initial was only about 15 minutes and the second was an hour. Second interview was the hiring manager as well as 3 other employees.
